I've had a T-Fal set for 11 years but it was becoming scratched and needed replaced. I ordered this set expecting it to be of better quality, or at least the same quality as my current set. The set arrived without the original T-Fal box. It was repacked in a plain cardboard box which makes me think it's a defective or used return. The box it was repacked in was also used as it had a different address sticker on the other side that was crossed out. When I took out the pots my fingernail accidentally scraped across a pot and left a white mark that couldn't be wiped off with a damp cloth. If a fingernail can cause damage I can't imagine what will become of these pots in everyday use. I took the pot and set it on the stove grate. I GENTLY moved it across the grate and just that slight movement rubbed off some of the finish on the bottom of the pot. Needless to say, I already have my return label. T-Fal, once a high quality product, is now junk.
