I would give it less than one star if I could. Here's my story:I would like all ABCmouse users to know that if you use Mastercard for your account beware. ABCmouse and Mastercard have an agreement that if you change your Mastercard number for any reason ABCmouse can contact Mastercard and get your new card number even if you don't want them to. I had my card stolen three months ago. ABCmouse can't find the account because they only way they track their customers is through card numbers. My card was destroyed and I don't have those numbers. My bank had to put a stop payment in for ABCmouse because they had already replaced my card twice before knowing about the Mastercard/ABC mouse agreement. My bank advised me to let ABCmouse know as a courtesy that a stop payment is in place. I did that and now ABCmouse wants an expiration date on the defrauded card so they can let their "Customer" (the identity thief) know their service will be disrupted. During my entire three month (so far) ordeal with this issue, ABCmouse has not been helpful at all to me and they want to be courteous to a thief. While the learning may be fun for your kids or the lessons be taught well (I don't know as I don't have young children anymore and I never used this service. It was just by fraud that I came upon them.) I wouldn't think it would be worth all the card information sharing practices they have in place and they are more worried about a thief than the victim. In my opinion and experience they and other companies with similar practices are helping open doors for digital identity thieves. Then they continuously victimize the victim of these crimes. ABCmouse has not issued or offered one single refund. My bank has footed the bill for all of it. And now ABCmouse wants to be courteous to a thief. Maybe it's good learning I don't know but I do know it's bad business practices going on here.
