DO NOT PURCHASE until after July 13th. My previous (in-depth) review was either deleted or I didn't submit it correctly. In summary, I recommend to wait until the bugs are worked out before making a purchase. Many problems with the backlighting and brightness during Art Mode. My particular issue is that, even with maximum brightness, the Frame cannot compensate for a bright room (i.e., the Frame is too dark). At night there are similar issues where the Frame is not dark enough. I've tried all of the setting on my own AND with Samsung tech support. The Frame looks like a lightbox (i.e., a picture with a light behind it). Like one of those signs used years ago for advertising. You wouldn't 'trick' anyone to think it looks like a natural picture. Samsung tech support is aware of these issues and will release a firmware update July 13th. I'd suggest that you all wait until we inadvertent beta testers say that the bugs are worked out before purchasing. My fingers are crossed that this will work out! PS - no frames are included.
