This company is downright unethical. They charge a ton for the adapter, a ton for the application, plus a lot more to actually unlock things in the app. BEWARE of their adapter updates that come through the application. My adapter worked as expected for just under a year until the most recent adapter update that comes through the Cary app. Now my adapter is totally bricked and I can't connect it to either of my family's BMWs. Their support recommended that I either A) send it back to Germany for a refund which is useless as the shipping costs more than the adapter or B) purchase a new one. Seriously? They literally bricked my adapter with their update and recommended I just buy a new one. This company and their product is completely untrustworthy.
