Was very excited to use this flat iron after my current one started losing heat. Liked the design and feel of it. However, I initially had trouble operating the touch unlock feature, and then while using the flat iron, I managed to unlock it and lower the tempature. This is. Dry frustrating as I usually use the 390 degree setting and it would lower to 280 on me because I managed to somehow unlock the touch screen while using it. Otherwise, it heated up very quickly and straightened my hair pretty well. I did send it back as I don't like how after only 3 uses I was unlocking it 2 of the times...several times during each styling..
