I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a book with the Heading of “Horrible” so I'll just call it disappointing. Here’s a book that doesn’t know it’s genre. Is it horror? Science fiction? Chick Mystery? And what’s the author’s obsession with lactation. It goes on for hundreds of pages. I kept waiting to see how the milk dropping fit in to the story line. Spoiler Alert: **** It doesn’t*****. From the publisher’s blurb I really expected to like this book – I hoped I was going to love it. (giggles). Buyer beware. Molly is a paleobotanist - Good start. She works in a pit at a defunct gas station - Good again. She starts unearthing anachronistic articles - Yowza!!!! Someone is stalking her - Ohhhh, goody, another layer of intrigue. The author has talent as a writer - Yeah! And then, with all this going for it the author stomps the story line with tedium, too much even for a sci-fi aficionado like me to buy into and jumps the shark. If you insist on reading it wait until it is reduced to 99 cents on Kindle.
