Highly disappointing. This is MY first set of stainless cookware. I’ve used stainless before successfully and finally was able to save up and purchase this set for myself. Single dad on a single income and I work 60+ hours a week. These pans flat out suck. I’ve tried everything imaginable to like these pans and cook successfully with them. Everything sticks...even fatty sausage. I don’t get it. I’ve seasoned every pan before and after every use. It doesn’t matter how much oil I use or how low the temperature I use, food still sticks and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve followed several top cooks suggestions on how to cook with stainless and it’s flat out impossible with these pans....and now I’m stuck with them. Save your money for something else. Pros- they look good Cons- everything else - they are impossible to cook on - everything sticks -they’re a major PITA to clean
