The product came to me defective from the manufacturer. The plastic casing was out of round, therefore, the pressure washer arm could not swing 360 degrees. When I called the manufacturer to make a warranty claim, they indicated that in order for the product to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, I must first purchase a Karcher pressure washer. Yes, you read that correctly. The warranty on this product is void unless you purchase one of their pressure washers. When I explained that the attachment was never used they indicated it was irrelevant, because I did not own one of their pressure washers. Not sure what type of warranty requires that you purchase one of their other products for several thousand dollars before honoring the warranty on a $50 item. Certainly calls into question the integrity of the company to stand behind their product. Definitely do not buy Karcher as their customer service is non-existent.
