Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Had high expectations for this but it was bad. First, the taste. Look, I get it, detox powders are not going to taste all that great, but don't be fooled by the reviews that say it tastes good. At best it tastes like spicy dirt with a slight -- very slight -- kinda/sorta hint of a chocolate flavor. Tried mixing it with a variety of different things and it was still bad. Secondly I don't know if it even did anything. Took it in conjunction with Dr Tobias' cleanse capsules and the only thing I really felt was nauseous for a week. You would be better getting a tub of Metamucil and taking that 2x a day. I would say if you are like me and you eat fairly well with a few cheat meals a week this is probably not for you and maybe just supplement with fiber. Can not recommend this product at all.
