Thought this set of canisters would be great for what I needed…But…After washing the brown sugar prokeeper and letting the clay disc soak in water as directions stated, I tried to install it back into the lid where it goes for storage and one of the little prongs that holds it in place snapped right off and flew across the room! Called the company, Progressive International, representative was supposed to call me back, did not happen. Called 2 days later and receptionist said try email, which I did and the next day a girl called me to inform me that I really didn’t have an issue because the storage wasn’t really necessary because you can put the clay disc in the brown sugar itself. That may be well and fine but why is it on there and when I pay that much money for an item I don’t expect it to break before I even get to put the brown sugar in it! They were not willing to compensate me in anyway which I felt was unfair and my only other option was return, which of course is a hassle for me it didn’t seem like Progressive International cared in the least! Their customer service certainly leaves a lot to be desired!
