I own two of these. One of them, after a few weeks began to show 'burn in' on the screen within just a few minutes of a document or file folder remaining opened on the screen. LG made me ship them the device, three weeks later they return it to me and it REMAINS UNFIXED! I call support again and they tell me to ship it out to them again and they will escalate the repairs. (Wait, didn't they already do that? YES) Bottom line... the 'Life Is Good' slogan is GARBAGE. Life with an LG Product is NOT GOOD!
