I was very excited to get this blender as I have loved my Instant Pot cooker. When purchasing, I had to decide between this and a similar Ninja model. We've had Ninja blenders before and loved them, but this was a few dollars cheaper and I was hopeful that it would be comparable. Not even close. I made three separate attempts to make smoothies with frozen fruit and vegetables, coconut milk, and water. The first two worked, more or less, but didn't blend smoothly and required a LOT of effort on my part to continually tamp down the ingredients to keep them in contact with the blades. The third time, it completely stopped blending. I'm not sure whether it blew a fuse or what, but this was NOT an overly thick mixture and any decent high-power blender should have had no problem with it. My advice: spend the extra few dollars to get a machine that actually blends!
