These pillows are totally overrated- they are basically a bag full of foam pieces that shift and create an annoying sound every time you move your head or change your position. Even if you could maintain your position and never move - they are not comfortable - they feel like you are resting on a bag of bumpy lumps that often end up pressing uncomfortably on your face if your are a side sleeper or if you sleep on your back if feels like your head is surrounded and enclosed with foam pieces that constantly shift. Ugh!
