First off, loved this product. I’m allergic to eggs so I decided to make my on waffles instead of buying them. So much cheaper. Can make a huge batch and freeze them. Each waffle cooked for 8 minutes and came out a beautiful golden brown. Well fast forward a month and a half. I put waffle batter in, wait 8 minutes and go to take it out, the top is raw! The return window is closed and I’m pissed. I want to order another but don’t know if I really want to take the chance that it’ll happen again.
