I am a contractor and a catdad of two little kitties. I know a lot about customer service. I was going to keep this comment to myself, but after my horrible experience with PETNOVATIONS, I feel the need to warn the public. This will be posted to as many avenues I can find in order to warn people of this company. First and foremost there is no better litter than Arm & Hammer. My Catgenie worked okay for two months. It started making very bad clicking sounds that woke up the whole house in the middle of the night. I tried to reposition the bowl of the unit so that it would stay on track for the night and left it to finish its cycle. We woke up to our whole home now smelling like hot cat poo. Which you will find happens quite often to your cat genie, even if its in good working condition, if you don't manually grab the little poo chunks out by hand that the machine often misses. Not only does this machine take hours to fully set up but the whole unit is made of plastic! Meaning its bound to break eventually. So I decided to return the unit since it stopped working. If customer service does agree to take your unit back when you have issues, not only do you have to disassemble, and in my case pay for shipping, but also clean the whole unit or they say you will not get a full refund. Total total total pain! So just think about that pain, taking this item back if it breaks. Now you would think having to go through all the disassembly and cleaning would merit a full refund. But no, I was sent many emails nickel and diming every aspect of my Catgenine and Accessories! particularly from STEVEN in customer service. They even said my GENI DOME looked used so they could not take it back! Are you kidding me? its two pieces of plastic that snap together for 30 extra bucks not even included with the CATGENIE. The worst part of this whole experience is that I have two Items, the Genie Dome, And 1 full never before used Solution Cartridge that PETNOVATIONS decided to keep and never gave me even a partial refund for. I even sent them emails offering to pay the shipping back to my house. STEVEN and customer service wont respond to my emails now or call me back, did you know that you have to leave a voicemail if you like to chat with customer service? Probably so they can pick and choose who to actually help and respond to. I don't really want these items back I just don't want these bastards to keep them! With PETNOVATIONS - BUYER BEWARE! I buy a ton of items from amazon, over 30 orders just last month and this is by far is my worst experience yet. Been ordering since amazons beginnings!! This is a good concept but bad design and even worse customer service, take my experience how you want, I just needed to share this with the public. I hope this review will help the public receive better product and service from PETNOVATIONS. Thank you, P.S. If anyone would like the GENIEDOME and SOLUTION CARTRIDGE that PETNOVATIONS has stolen from me and you are located by there corporate office in Norristown, PA.
