This treadmill doesn't work. It cycles on & off over & over and shows error code U2...which isn't even listed in the manual or anywhere that I can find online. Ugh! I am so tired of these products that come from lord knows where that simply don't work. There's no quality control. Doesn't seem to be any concern about the end user. Just take a look at all these reviews for pretty much anything these days and see the sheer number of things that don't work. What the hell. I'm so over it. I've had to return so many things lately because they don't work or there were broken, or used customer returns that were just turned around and given to me! I mean come on. Meanwhile, Called Amazon & requested them to step in and help us get this refunded and returned and out of this house. I should have listened to the other reviews that said this was a piece of crap. Because it is. While this thing sits here and takes up space, I still need a treadmill. So I just now ordered one from Horizon at three times the price, direct from manufacturer's website and not through Amazon. It has one year parts and labor guarantee plus lifetime guarantee on the frame and lifetime guarantee on the motor... Hopefully that will work when it gets here. I don't hold out much hope....
