Our first hose burst after a few months and they simply asked for the Amazon order number and sent a replacement. The replacement hose also burst after a few months and I called in to the 800 number. I asked if this hose would need to be sent back, and she said no. They sent an e-mail stating reply with the shipping address and the Amazon order number, and they would send the replacement. This same day happened to be trash day, so since I did not have to send the defective hose back, I put it in the recycle bin, and it got hauled away. Later that day, another e-mail came in stating we needed to send in the old hose. I replied that it was gone, but as a fall-back I cut off both ends of the hose to save, which is what a cheaper flexible hose we purchased prior to the Flexi Hose asked us to do when it burst. I stated I would send the hose ends to them as that was all that we still had. Very long story short, the back and forth email string now stands at 11 reply's, and they are still asking for the old hose. WOW, guess they did not read the 4 times we stated that the hose was gone! We asked why they did not originally ask for the hose back and their reply was that their "guarantee" was subject to change! Yeah, it changed in the course of a few hours. Obviously they do not want to guarantee the hose for a "lifetime", just for a one-time replacement. Reasonable price if it was actually a lifetime guarantee, but way too expensive for a hose and one replacement that will only last you about 6 months. Look elsewhere and save your money!
