Don't waste your time or money. After my Opal played out (due to hard water issues) I opted to buy this ice maker because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for (or don't pay for). I was so excited to get this ice maker but that excitement quickly turned to frustration once I started the cleaning cycle and saw the puddle of water on my counter that was leaking onto my floor. After mopping and drying everything, we took the access panel off the bottom to reveal the water pump not attached. It was just flopping in the wind under there. They didn't attach it to the hose, no screws, nothing. We closed the panel, initiated a return for the ice maker and extended warranty and sent it back. I am ordering an Opal which I should've done to begin with. Avoid this item at all cost. It is shoddy and will leave you utterly disappointed.
