Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I really do like this product and have purchased it before, but this time not so happy. After noticing a manufacturing defect in the seal at the bottom of the can I tried to return it to Amazon. I have no idea why, but Amazon will not process the return. I sent Augason Farms a message with all of the details including a photo, but no response. I am normaly a pretty easy person to please, but not a happy customer on this one. I own my own business and could/would never allow this type of service from my company. Hope they see this and make some changes.
