They worked great the first couple of times and that was it
I am sending these back. I bought them off of the infomercial. Mistake #1. They worked great the first couple of times and that was it. Everything sticks to the pans now. I cant clean them very well. I have called the Customer Service Line to get a return authorization number, and I get the message...'We are experiencing a high volume of calls, please go to the online chat". I go to the online chat. I get a message that says, "Thank you for visiting chat!, we will be with you shortly". Ten minutes later there is still no one there. Waiting 10 minutes for someone to chat not good
