I combed the description to make sure it wasn't made of latex. I didn't see it. I still don't, but maybe I'm missing it. I pulled it out of the packaging and was showing it to one of my special needs students, when I started having a reaction. A similar reaction to what I get when I handle latex. I immediately dropped it and looked the packaging over. I still did not see latex, but I did see "Made of: balloon." Really? Balloons are usually made out of latex. I am ALLERGIC TO LATEX!! I was lucky and did not have a full blown reaction. However, I work with special needs kids and many are allergic to latex and they are medically fragile. Latex could KILL them! I have always been careful in this area, allergic reactions are no fun. This is the first time, however, that I have seen the word balloon and not the word latex. I know now to look for that word, but it wasn't in the descrition presented here on Amzon. I bought it to provide a fidget toy for my students, but it could have killed me. Please fix the description for this and any other toy labeled balloon (or not labeled at all) that is actually latex. You could quite literally kill somebody.
