I have just tried my S3 purifier & followed all the first steps for first use. I also tried to backwash the micro-squeeze just to see how it works. Unfortunately, Every-time I tried it, black liquid flows out of the micro-squeeze, I’m already tired from repeating the backwash. I think it’s from the foam. I used clean bottled water. I’m traveling to Kenya tomorrow & I relied on your company to send me a good product that would help me get cleaner water there. Unfortunately, even if you sent me a new one, I won’t be here anymore to receive it. I’m really disappointed.
