I ordered this Luminara candle as I have many and think they are a great product. They are a high quality item and they add a beautiful touch to my home and can be left on daily with no fear of a fire hazard. However, when I received this candle, I was shocked! THIS IS NOT A LUMINARA CANDLE!! It is some cheaply made knock- off from China and it did not work. What bothers me the most is that this is advertised as a well known candle made by a wonderful company, and that is not what is sent to the customer. It does not have the look or performance of the brand I thought I was purchasing! I would not recommend this product! Luminara is the only flameless candle I would purchase and I think it is appalling that is what these knock-offs are called. Below is a picture of my GENUINE Luminara candle, and the one I received here. UPDATE: I contacted Amazon and also left a poor review for the seller. Suddenly, I receive an email saying it was an "accident" and asking me to remove the feedback. I informed them that until I get the honest candle, the feedback was staying for the seller. I did finally get the genuine candle, and kept my word, but I encourage everyone who gets a knock-ff to contact Amazon immediately to have this resolved.
