Used one time for a few hours and now it won't power on. No extension cord was used as I have numerous outside receptacles. They all work fine. Trying to go through the company's warranty process...we'll see how this plays out. **1/4/2017 Update** Their support fails miserably! Opened up a support ticket and after one response, the company quit replying to me. I sent 4 messages asking for an update and nothing. I had to create a new ticket to get them to acknowledge the old ticket. They provided some troubleshooting steps in their reply to my new ticket, which didn't resolve my issues, and when I followed up with them I got the same thing I did before...nothing! I've sent two more emails/followups but haven't received anything back. This pressure washer is absolute garbage! It did start operating again but only creates water pressure for a second or two when the trigger is pressed. The motor starts running much faster suddenly and the water pressure stops. I turn it off, repeat the process with the same results. I tried all the nozzles and all had the same result.
