This review is on shipping and the look of the product when it arrived. The box is HUGE with yards of brown paper. The pole looks used (scuffed with hair/fur), the package is torn and thrown at the bottom of the box. There is a long split in the plastic side of the scrub sponge where the sponge would attached to the pole. It would snap during cleaning if I were bothering to use it; which I'm not. I thought this came with multiple cleaning attachments but could be thinking of a different brand I was going to purchse - now i wish i had. The pictures show what a disappointment this is. 1 star because I couldn't give 0; but arrived on time.
