This device comes with a USB cable but will not work with either Mac or Windows. I spoke to their representative who mentioned they are currently working with Microsoft to write the drive. Then pointed to Microsoft as the problem, which in my mind doesn't work. If you outsource the development of your drivers don't sell your product until they are ready. I asked if they were able to take my email to let me know when the driver would become available. I was told that I would need to check back periodically. While I don't want to rebox this device, call for a return and then likely need to drop it at a return facility, that is likely what I will be doing. Hope that this saves someone some trouble.
