I was so excited to receive this freezer after trying for so long to get one. After two months, it completely died and I have tried to contact customer service at least 10 times in the past 3 weeks and have received only 1 email since my case was open. They sent me an email asking me if I was sure it didn't work and have not heard from them since. I'm still waiting since this freezer is under warranty. I never write reviews but wanted to warn others before purchasing this freezer.
