CHEAP PRINTER Plus EXPENSIVE INK Equals Cunning Business 'Ethics'
It's not worth buying a cheap printer when the cost of ink would buy a good printer within the first few months of regular use. I placed a brand new black ink cartridge into my Canon after the included ink was gone. What I was able to get with one complete ink cartridge was exactly ***52 sheets of standard text printing plus thirteen very dense booklet covers with black as the primary color*** THAT IS SIXTY-EIGHT SHEETS OF PAPER printed as I needed them for approximately $18. It's highway robbery. I've had my printer for about a month and have already invested about $60 worth of ink (three cartridge refills). Save your money and buy a better printer that accepts "remanufactured" ink for $2 per cartridge. You'll save tons in the long run.
