These Batteries Are Fraudulent
These batteries are a scam. They are expired Panasonic cells that have been repackaged to strip the expiration date. You can tell because the battery itself says Made in Indonesia, and the packaging says Made in China.
When using these in the smart things sensors, they barely last 2-3 weeks. As you can see in my pictures, I tested them with my fluke meter, only to find that several of these "brand new" out of the box cells put out less than half the rated voltage.
These batteries are likely scavenged from the trash, and then repackaged to appear new. They may be genuine Panasonic cells, but are clearly long expired and near death.
Do not buy these--I'm honestly shocked that Amazon carries this. It leads me to question other stuff I buy here.
I tried leaving a review several months ago, but it was never published. We'll see if this one actually is.
