I used ice from this ice tray for the first time, noticed a greasy film on the top of my cold drink so threw it out and proceeded to make a fresh drink. Made sure the glass was super clean, refilled this ice tray, and made a new drink with a 2nd batch of ice. Still had the greasy film on top of my drink so I dumped the ice tray into the kitchen sink, walked away and returned 20 minutes later to a huge pile of gel-like substance in the sink. It looks like ice but I assure you it was not, it felt like silicone. I put it on a paper plate to report this here on Amazon as it could be dangerous. The return window has closed for this item so it’s going in the garbage. Would not recommend purchasing this item. Be careful.
