Garden of life has been the only probiotic I have been using for the last 7 years, if it was not garden of life I did not want it. I’ve recommended this brand to my friends, family and clients. Any where I go in the world, this is the brand I always recommended to increase the intestinal flora. I am honestly disappointed, in this product today because it came to me piping hot with no insulation or in no cold pack as usual. I’ve been using it and have had no reaction whatsoever like I would usually have. I’ve not used probiotics in a while and anytime I begin to use them, immediately I get a change in my digestion and bowel movements, not so In this case. I’ve even tried taking more than at a time, and nothing has happened. I was recently in England I recommended them to clients and friends over there and the package came in a cold pack to keep it cool, the very first time I ordered them they came packaged properly to preserve the bacteria, but unfortunately for me after purchasing this time, they came hot to the touch in regular amazon bubble packaging envelope. Whether it’s amazon’s fault or the company’s something, has to be done to regulate the packaging of such sensitive products. The link for the support website does not work
