I tried to set this up with the original Switch power cord. The dock does indicate charging, but will not display on the television. Using the button on the back toggles the Switch screen on and off and turns a blue light on the dock. I've used multiple working HDMI cables in 3 different ports on a working television, but none result in any signal to the TV. I could not find a way to contact the seller to ask for support. Update: The seller reached out to me from a generic gmail address with the following message: "For a shop like ours, a bad review is a fatal blow to us. Could you please forgive me and help me delete the review? If you can, I want to refund ($30 ) to you to express my gratitude. Please accept my little wish.Thank you."
