Have been using this products for months and was very happy with it. It was soft and absorbed my guinea pigs' sticky urine smell. That was until recently (the last 2 shipments), I noticed that the texture of the bedding has changed. It became more rough and coarse - feels poky on my hands; and definitely not as soft as before. When I opened a new bag, there's a noticeable unpleasant smell. When I look closer, I notice there are little bits of wood chip mixed it - not pure paper. Just not happy with the product. I start using another brand now. I wonder why the manufacturer can't keep up with the good quality of the product. 5 stars to 2 stars. Disappointed.
