After purchasing this product and having it delivered by Amazon in pristine condition I contacted the manufacturer because 9 out of 10 times I opened one of the tea bags it was all over my counter because the tea bag itself was not sealed all the was around. They told me to contact Amazon that it was a shipping issue and when I explained that it was a manufacturing issue they did not reply again. I carefully open each one so that I am positive I have not torn the bag and it looks fine but there will almost always be a small area that wasn’t sealed. They seemed uninterested to accept any responsibility in this matter
