i like everything about the tv its awesome , here is the major problem best buy the seller on amazon will not sell you a protection plan for a tv bought on amazon even thogh best buy is the seller this is ridiculous i could not believe this when i called Best Buy and they told me this info ,So my advice is to not buy any electronics from Best Buy on amazon,or you will have the same problem. call best buy they will tell you the same thing ,wow this almost seems like fraud to me so buyer beware do not buy Best Buy electronics on Amazon you will be sorry . happy holidays everyone stay safe wear your mask when your out and about .
