All the Samsung EVO cards are UHS-3 except for the one EVO 32Gb version, where a quick sleight of hand is made to UHS-1. But that should be easy to spot, right...? No, because the cards as listed confuse two different ratings - designated on the card by a Roman Numeral (usually a 'I') and a number placed inside a 'U'. The number in the U is the cards' UHS rating, the former it's type - if you have a jeweler's loupe, you can see what they are on the card. The listings have all the cards as UHS-I, which, if you don't know prior to purchasing, they've mixed things up. The cards are all Type I and UHS-3...except for the 32Gb, which is UHS-1. This is unfortunate because a mSDHC and it's read and especially write speed are pegged to the UHS rating. A UHS-1, Type I mSDHC slows the write speed to a crawl, making it virtually unusable other than storing data - written very slow once and, more or less, read-only thereafter. So electronics today that depend on higher write speeds will function as if there is something wrong - most people think about viruses and too many processes, when, if they have the 32Gb UHS-1 card by Samsung, this card is likely the issue. The photos show the card next to a SanDisk, also displaying these numbers. I purchased it a few years ago, and it will smoke the Samsung hands down. While all the other Samsung cards are likely of good quality, I'm done with Samsung; like all too many, I've had issues with Samsung in the past...me personally, no more chances for Samsung.
