I wish I could say we loved this vacuum. Unfortunately it didnt work. Did not turn on, nor charge. Contacted Dyson.... they said they could do nothing because this was not an authorized dealer and could be a fake. Due to all of the positive reviews I want to give this seller the opportunity to rectify the situation and replace the vacuum with another one and I will review that replacement fairly. Wish me luck.
