I was so hopeful this compression mask would be better than the other 800 I have already purchased and tried (yes, exaggerated-but you get the picture). I'm a chronic migraine sufferer. Ice, massage and compression are the only non-drug related products/services that provide any sort of relief for me. I researched the mask on Amazon and outside of here to see what others in my situation had experienced with this mask and thought it was worth giving it a try . So I will say the 1st oh maybe 10 minutes were wonderful (I keep mine frozen and ready for use). Unfortunately, like a stick of gum, the "flavor" or in this case-"cooling relief" was gone almost as quick as I put it on. The mask is most definitely comfortable & the compression is great, but there is zero longevity in the mask's beads holding any sort of cooling, therefore no longer providing any relief. So, if you only need a blackout and compression mask, invest in this (hence my 2 star rating). If your seeking what I mentioned above, its an absolute waste of money. Technology has come too far for a product such as this (when frozen) to give very short and limited cooling relief. Back to square one, for me anyway...;, (
