PS Deluxe 4. 0 can't even come close to ...
PS Deluxe 4.0 can't even come close to PS 23.1. I have been a user of Printshop for over ten years and find PS 4.0 inferior to any other PS version I have used in the past. Key features that were found in other versions are not included in this one. For instance, to resize an object, your options are only to resize in pixels NOT inches. I am distraught that PS 23.1 is not compatible with Windows 10. If I had known this, I would not "upgrade" my computer from Windows 8 to 10. If anyone reads this and has a solution, please post it. In the meantime, I hope Encore/Broderbund is working on a fix for us faithful and sometimes Printshop users.
