I was so excited to use these chairs. I was heading to the shore and was bragging to everyone that I found the "ultimate" beach chairs. It was short lived, They opened beautifully and were comfy, however, when we went to let them down (lay flat) it all went sour We followed the instructions and brought the back all the way forward for it to release and go all the way back..... the chair stopped in the upright position and would not lay down. It no longer was making the "clicking sounds" One of the chairs was still working so we examined them carefully to discover one of the clips was broken missing a tooth. We were disappointed but just tossed it up to a fluke. The other chair was still working.... The Second day the second chair did the same thing and the clip broke and the chair would not lay flat. I am sending them both back and am very disappointed. The chairs are a great concept and I would have loved to try out all the features, but like I said it was short lived. If it was made better, I think it has the making of being the "ultimate" beach chair!
