Entrance design to low
The opening for the cat entrance is to low. The liter box that was recommended, which I purchased, sits almost halfway up the entrance. I have three cats and only one can squeeze through the space available. I suggest the cutout needs to be raised atleast two inches to allow cats to enter. I am very disappointed.
