I didn't know this was considered a pesticide.
When opening up the directions on the bottle, the second flap has a warning that this is a pesticide. The directions say that you should not use this product in any way that could contaminate food, water, or the ground. Other reviewers have mentioned that the "Indole-3-Butyric Acid" is currently thought to not pose any risk for humans. But given the recent alleged link of glyphosate possibly being a carcinogen after 50 years of use I personally would err on the side of caution with pesticides in my home. If Miracle-Gro is required to put these warnings on their products it should also be clear on the store listing. Under the active ingredients listing it shows that the Indole-3-Butyric Acid is 0.1% of the makeup but doesn't explain what that other 99.9% of the active or inactive ingredients are. I understand that I might seem overly cautious, but I am just surprised about all these warnings and the fact there is no mention to these warnings on the product's page. Edit: My main concern is the fact that MiracleGro includes three pages of pesticide warnings with the product, without mentioning these warnings on the product page at the time of my review. I understand that Indole-3-Butyric Acid in low doses may not pose a risk, but the 99% of other ingredients are not listed and that doesn't cover up the fact that MiracleGro still feels the need to include pesticide warnings with their product. If I had known that there would be three pages of warnings associated with this product, I would not have purchased it. I wanted to share my review to let other possible buyers know before bringing this into their homes.
