Believe it or not, it froths milk and does it well. However, my switch had an issue from the start, not a big deal, just had to hold it a certain way but seller never emailed me back when I inquired about it. No biggie until the frother part of it came apart in the 4th month, and, of course, the warranty is 3 months. Only used once per day during the work week so not abused. Live and learn.
