I used this for making kombucha. The first month it was keeping my kombucha at 80 degrees (perfect), the second month was 86 degrees (not ideal but not deadly), and the third month it was 76 degrees. It is now 4 months old and barely keeps my kombucha 65 degrees in a 60-63 degree room. I knew with this price point I wouldn't be getting a lifetime item, but 3 months of inconsistent results before dying is a little much. I tried to reach out to the company but did not get a response.
