This product does clean and does so well. It receives high ratings and I understand why. Perhaps the packaging issue referred to on negative reviews stems from residing at higher altitudes. We are at 6,600' above sea level. The product arrived with the container expanded, which is not unusual. However, opening and relieving the pressure did not stop the condition. It continued to expand, overflow, product ran out of the container. We cleaned up from it once, just returned from being gone four days for Christmas and the cabinets in our laundry room are ruined. Either the elevation or some issue with the product chemical mix causes the overflow. It continues an effervescent condition which escapes from the container. It will ruin what it is sitting on. If others have an idea of the basis of this, I would be interested to know.
