Be careful when washing and drying the curtains. This isn’t stated on the care instructions but hang them fabric side down to dry on your line. Otherwise you’ll end up with having to pull the curtains apart to take them off the line and that destroys the blackout effect. Before I washed them they were excellent at keeping light out of my bedroom.
