Did I receive the wrong product? The mattress pad looks similar in style, but mine has no lift or puffiness whatsoever. It came vacuumed packed, so when I cut the bag open, I really expected these squares to plump out. No such luck. My old mattress pad still had way more fluff than the new one! So, I put the old pad on top of this one, and hopefully it will give me some added softness. I tried it on its own last night, but there was not enough padding to be comfortable. I should sent it back, as what you see in the photo is NOT what you get. I'll keep it and use both of them on my bed. So not worth what I paid. If you're looking for a soft fluffy pad to sink into, don't buy this one!!! So disappointed.
