Terrible product: 1. The device requires frequent charging...you can only use it for a couple of minutes before the charge dies. 2. When charging, you don't know when to stop because the charging light won't ever go off...this is true with all of the vacuums...not just mine. 3. It's too big to leave on "display" and the charging cord is permanently attached (i.e. it won't look good on the counter/shelf).
