Amazon promptly issued a gift card as reimbursement and emailed me a form to return the damaged bag.
I purchased this bag for a trip to Hong Kong because it had locking zippers and was described as ”slashproof”. A pickpocket there slashed the side of my bag, stole my wallet using my credit card to charge about $10k at the Apple store. Also had to replace my driver's license and other ID. I loved the bag and will buy another, but it is not "slashproof".
