So I have the voyager legend and i loved it (used it every day for 4 hours minimum over 3 years with no issues) so naturally when i needed a replacement I bought this. Here's where things went down hill. If I walk about or drive on a bumpy road I can hear something shaking inside of the mic boom. I noticed this problem on my unit and on a friend's who bought their's in target so I assume it's a product defect. Also the volume down and up buttons and very hard to press and the built-in firmware's voice (lady) is loud and static sounding. Big let down plantronics. I've resorted so junking this new one and reverting to the old voyager legend.
